Fraudulent business practices, scam artists - car rental


Hidden supplemental insurance agreement within other "DECLINE" line items, buyer beware! Cost me an extra $157.75 for insurance I told the agent upfront that I did not need or want as it was covered by my credit card issuer. Told me to initial all circles to decline coverages but there was one line item sandwiched within that said I agreed to supplemental insurance. Payless refused to credit this from the invoice. These people are deceptive liars, cheats and engage in fraudulent business practices. NEVER RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST LIARS! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN GOUGING YOU IN WHATEVER DECEPTIVE MANNER THEY CAN.
